Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza, an outstanding actress who has made a name for herself on the television. In the year 1976 De La Garza was born with a Mexican-American dad and an Irish-American mother from Columbus Ohio. Soon after she moved to Texas and completed her training in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last very long in Texas before moving in Orlando Florida where she experienced many acting opportunities that included local independent films and worldwide commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting, despite small roles. The year 2001 saw her move in New York where her first role was on All My Children's daytime soap opera as Rosa Santos. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men in the mid 2000s. She was cast in her first big role in 2004's miniscule dramatic The Mountain. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate to star alongside some top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. The most memorable part of her career was on Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on the show for 85 episodes. Her character on the Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza various nominations like Best Supporting Actress - Television through the Imagen Foundation Awards and even numerous ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won a Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. Then, a short time later De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring part. She was Marisol Delko, the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark drama Do No Harm. After just two episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her parents are an Italian father and a brother Cory whom is 10 years older than her. Her family was a conservative, religious family. Milano was able to begin her career at the age of seven, when her babysitter brought her along to an acting audition. Milano was among four girls chosen out of over 1,000 hopefuls. Milano has appeared in ads both on Broadway and television and in the American musical adaptation in the form of Jane Eyre.
